The villa is fully air-conditioned. Both the villa and the heated swimming pool are in excellent condition.    
 
    The lounge, dining room area and breakfast nook are very spacious with all the home comforts including cable TV/video, stereo CD, tape player, books, games, videos, etc. Two comfortable rocker/recliners, sofas, etc.
 
Furnished to high standard, with those little extras that make it home-from-home.    
 
    The kitchen is fully equipped with a split-level cooker and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, etc and all the crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils needed. The utility room is equipped with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
 
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size bed and accessories has its own en suite bathroom and telephone. Of the further 2 bedrooms one has a queen-size bed and the other has two twin beds.      
 
    There is a second bathroom and shower to accommodate these bedrooms. We provide all the bed linen, towels, etc required during your stay.
 
In the pool area, there is a large heated swimming pool built May/June 1998, sun loungers and cushions. There is also a table and chairs seating six and a gas barbecue.
 
 

Tariff and terms for 2006/2007
£450 per week (longer periods negotiable).
£100 deposit per week (non refundable on cancellation).
 Balance payable 6 weeks prior to rental dates.
Cheques should be made payable to Mr J Burrell.

Long distance and international telephone calls charged at 40p per minute. All local calls are free.

Maximum of 6 guests.

Client's responsibilities
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
Clients are responsible for the property and are expected to take care of it.
Any breakages should be replaced.
All equipment, utensils etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

Amenities and personal belongings
The use of accommodation and amenities (eg the swimming pool) is entirely at the user's risk. No responsibility can be accepted for personal injury, loss or damage to the user's belongings.
