Our villa is located off the main interstate route known as the (175) exit 207 (previously called exit 38), in the community of Lake Sarasota which is a quiet residential area.

Sarasota is a wonderful place for a vacation, should a serene walk by the bay at sunrise, a game of golf on one of the 40 beautiful courses, or a spot of shopping in one of the superb malls be your ideal, this is the place for you.

Sarasota's soft white-sand beaches are its main attraction, Siesta, the area's most popular beach, has repeatedly captured first prize in the "whitest and finest sand in the world" contest. Shopping and dining are also a treat in Sarasota from the charming St Armunds Circle, to the colourful "beachy" Siesta village, to downtown Sarasota's trendy bistros. There is something for everyone and prices to suit.

Our villa provides an ideal base for your holiday, even the Disney attractions are less than a 2-hour drive away. Busch Gardens 1 hour. Naples 1¹/₂ hours. Siesta Beach 15 minutes. Venice Beach 20 minutes.
